"Terrible experience. The customer service is a joke. I have been waiting months to hear back from just about anyone about my policy! After speaking to a manager, I was told there is only “one note” of my calls and requests, which go back to January 2024. Which means the incompetence of this team is a 10/10. Pure negligence. When I call, I am not greeted properly. And when I do get someone on the phone, they are befuddled. When I ask to speak to someone in charge, I am not connected to anyone of sound mind. I am continuously being told someone will reach out to me by EOD but no one ever does. This is Embarrassing. Don’t waste your time."
